A poem a day

November 4, 2010

I recently stumbled on a site called Русская поэзия, which I like not so much for its large collection as for its RSS feed, which I’ve subscribed to on my RSS reader. You get a poem a day from the nineteenth or twentieth century by a famous or semi-famous poet (they have some names I don’t know, but don’t have every obscure name I could think of). I’m not yet sure if the choice of poem is literally random or reflects some particular person’s taste and mood that day, but either way, it’s a nice way to be confronted with an unexpected poet in the middle of reading blogs.
